We do not perform services ourselves. We provide access to customer inquiries ("leads") submitted through our platform.

By using our service, you agree to the terms outlined below.

All leads provided by 772 Quotes are:

• Real inquiries submitted by users
• Based on information provided by the customer
• Not pre-qualified beyond submitted details

We DO NOT guarantee:

• Job completion
• Customer response
• Customer budget or readiness
• Exclusivity (unless explicitly stated)

Leads represent opportunities, not confirmed jobs.

772 Quotes does not guarantee:

• Conversion rates
• Revenue or profit
• Customer engagement after initial inquiry

Performance depends on the business's responsiveness, pricing, and service quality.

We stand behind the quality of our leads within reasonable limits.

A lead may be considered for replacement ONLY if:

• The contact information is clearly invalid (wrong phone, fake name)
• The lead is completely unreachable after reasonable attempts
• The request is clearly outside the selected service category

To qualify:

• The issue must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the lead
• Proof of contact attempts may be required

If a lead meets the criteria: a replacement lead may be issued at our discretion.

• Replacement leads are offered at our discretion
• A maximum of 20–30% of total leads may be eligible for replacement
• Replacement leads are NOT guaranteed to convert

All payments made to 772 Quotes are NON-REFUNDABLE.

This includes:

• Lead purchases
• Subscription fees
• Lead packages

Because leads are delivered in real-time and cannot be returned, refunds are not provided under any circumstances.

Businesses are responsible for:

• Promptly contacting leads
• Providing accurate pricing and service
• Maintaining professional communication

Failure to follow up quickly may impact results.

• Only ACTIVE (paid) businesses receive leads
• Failure to maintain payment may result in paused access
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts for misuse

772 Quotes is not liable for:

• Lost revenue
• Missed opportunities
• Customer disputes
• Business performance

Use of the platform is at your own risk.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.

Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any updates.
